Non-Combustible Aluminium Composite Panel

In standard building conditions, a fire typically generates heat between 700°C and 800°C. Our A2-s1,d0 class products, offering superior non-combustibility without chemical additives, can withstand temperatures of up to 1200°C for 6 hours, helping protect the building against fire. Our newly developed A1-s1,d0 class products, representing the highest level of non-combustibility, can withstand an extraordinary temperature of up to 1800°C for 12 hours.

Aresbond composite panels are resistant to weather conditions in industrial and manufacturing areas and have self-cleaning properties in most environments. For long-lasting performance in all applications, the façade should be washed once a year with warm water from top to bottom. This helps remove deposits from the surfaces. Aresbond panels are anti-static and keep dirt and deposits away for a much longer period compared to alternative products.

Routine cleaning is recommended for Aresbond panels. They should be cleaned only with warm water or with a very small amount of surface cleaner added, and then rinsed thoroughly. Cleaning frequency may vary depending mainly on the building’s location and the level of air pollution. Cleaning with water is not recommended in areas exposed to very high temperatures under direct sunlight, as rapid evaporation may cause stains on the surfaces.
