Product Features

Aresbond FR-A2 is a composite panel consisting of a special non-combustible mineral core between two 0.5 mm thick aluminium sheets. In the 4 mm thick Aresbond A2 composite panel, the front aluminium sheet is coated with PVDF Kynar 500 fluorocarbon, while the back sheet surface is protected with an anti-corrosion PE service coating.

With its superior surface performance, high mechanical strength, long service life and non-combustible properties, it is an indispensable building material for prestigious projects.

Front Surface Coating
The front sheet surface of the aluminium composite panels shall be coated with PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) Kynar 500 type coil coating, with a minimum thickness of 25 microns, providing high resistance to outdoor weather conditions, strong radiation, air pollution and industrial pollution.

Alt Yüzey Kaplama
PVDF coatings must be produced in accordance with E.C.C.A. (European Coil Coating Association) standards, and this certificate must be provided by the subcontractor upon request. The PVDF paint coating must be UV-resistant (RUV4) and suitable for C3 type project area conditions. The gloss level must be between 25 and 40 according to the ECCA T2 (600) standard.

Care

Aresbond composite panels are resistant to weather conditions in industrial and manufacturing areas and offer self-cleaning properties in most environments. For long-lasting performance in all applications, the façade should be washed once a year with warm water from top to bottom. This helps remove deposits from the surfaces. Aresbond panels are anti-static and keep dirt and deposits away for a much longer period compared to alternative products.

Routine cleaning is recommended for Aresbond panels. They should be cleaned only with warm water or with a very small amount of surface cleaner added, and then rinsed thoroughly. Cleaning frequency may vary mainly depending on the building’s location and the level of air pollution. Cleaning with water is not recommended in areas exposed to very high temperatures under direct sunlight, as rapid evaporation may cause stains on the surfaces.
